Young people tell UN about children’s rights
Our website goes live today. It’s one of the main ways through which we are gathering children and young people’s views to take to the United Nations next year.
Children and young people have been working with staff from the Children’s Rights Alliance for England to design this website since April 2007. Five young people were members of the selection panel that chose our website design company: we hope you agree with us that Milo Creative has done a great job! And in just TWO MONTHS! We didn’t start from scratch in April – thanks to the Big Lottery Fund, we were able to consult children and young people across the country last summer. BIG thanks to all those who gave their ideas and advice. We were able to pass these to our web designers as soon as we appointed them in April.
We have more games and features on the way … Watch this space!
