The state of children’s rights in 2009
Every year CRAE writes a report setting out how well the Government has done in the last 12 months at putting the concluding observations into practice. The report is called the State of children’s rights in England. CRAE produced a special report in 2009 to mark the 20th anniversary of the UNCRC. We recognised the progress that has been made in children’s rights over the last year and also highlighted where more work needs to be done to make sure that all children and young people have all of their rights respected and protected. For the first time, CRAE also produced a children’s version of the report.
