Children’s rights investigations….

On Saturday I did my second children’s rights investigation. And amazingly I wasn’t too nervous! – As Ciara had calmed my nerves before we got to the venue,
This investigation was 2 groups of young people from ethnic minorities, the investigation was held in Watford (just outside of London).
From this investigation, I have learnt about some of the many key issues that effect ethnic minority children and young people, which was quite surprising…
Also the Groups leader taught me how to put on the hijab (Islamic head dress) – which was really cool!
It was great to meet an investigator called Cory, he was so young and sweet! and it was really good to see Ciara again…
