Hi,
How are You? I’ve got some news for you, the BBC thing i was planning to go to fell through, but i still had some glory when my team became the uk junior disabled cricket champions. But it wasn’t as easy as i make out. We made the mums stomachs churn as we needed to keep the bowling tight as they only needed 11 runs off their last 6 balls.
As a disabled person it’s not often i get to play a team sport and itds difficult to find places that do disabled sports despite the government saying we should all be \more active.
Afterwards my mum invaded the pitch!

yes i think that its great that you have done so well. I knwo loads of diabled people who would love the opportunity to do activities not just sports but dont get the opportunity. Can i ask what was the BBC thing you were doing? I am on the steering group and am just generally interested

I think that if the government isn’t providing enough sports for people with dissabilties it’s not fair!
That is definitly an issue which needs to be addressed, is it something your going to investigate??
Also about the cricket, it’s no fun unless its tight game!
